Courtyard by Marriott Norwalk

Friendly and helpful staff..except Bistro breakfast counter staff were moody. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening saturday staff were super welcoming. Food was surprisingly very good for both breakfast and dinner. Prices were a little high $16 for an omelet with potatoes. Very tasty..best fried potatoes!! Rooms and lobby were updated. On par with courtyard standards. It was clean and conveniently located near RT 15. 5 min from SONO mall. Restaurants 5 mins walking distance from hotel. Pleasant stay. Safe area. $600 for two nights with breakfast included with all fees...

Exceptional staff made our visit wonderful. Special appreciation to Autumn at the front desk who managed our requests with a warm smile and a “can do” attitude. She juggled our room requests with ease.

Really quite nice! Great location and maybe the best workout facility I’ve ever seen at a Courtyard. Very nice rooms and lobby too. And best yet: there’s a Dunkin that’s a 2 minute walk away.

Awesome hotel, very accommodating! Clean rooms and helpful staff. Only thing I think could be better is the curtains, let's too much light in at sunrise. Besides that, hope to stay many times in the future.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel! I recently hosted my son’s 9th birthday here, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the start, Chelsea, the Sales Manager, was incredibly responsive and provided all the information I needed right away. On the day of the event, Laura, the Event Specialist, went above and beyond to assist with everything—from the room setup to the catered food. My guests are still raving about how delicious the catering was and how beautiful everything looked. The hotel’s location is ideal, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be returning in the future. Thank you, Chelsea and Laura, for making my son’s birthday so special!

We stayed for less than 12 hours passing thru on a road trip and were very happy. The hotel looks like maybe it was an older one that has been modernized. The lobby was clean and new and so was our room. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear the people next door talking in the morning but otherwise it was great. They have Starbucks and a cafe offering food but we chose to go elsewhere because it seemed overpriced. But if you need a clean place to stay, this is a good bet.

Wonderful staff and especially at check-in Derek was great. When I managed to exit through the connected room while leaving my primary room deadbolted the staff jumped to it and managed to get me back in. They are tremendous in Marriott should be very happy to have them on their team.
